Mr. Bancha Jansuwan, Sales Director of Enthalpy Asia, has been in the Biomass Power field for two decades. He has a wealth of practical knowledge in the sector and is one of the most well regarded experts. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Lad Krabang University.
Khun Bancha was instrumental in bringing about the vision of Enthalpy. Since the Company’s foundation, he has been an integral part of the organization, driving its growth and reach.
He has received the accolade of ‘Energy Director-Rural Area’, given by the Thai Ministry of Energy.
Khun Bancha is passionate about social causes and is involved in various programs and charitable endeavours in the local community, to support those who are less fortunate. He leads our community outreach and social welfare efforts.
Bancha Jansuwan
Khun Ploypatcha (Ploy) is engaged in a dual capacity at our company as an administrator and an executive assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. She has significant experience in the Insurance sector which enables her to manage employees’ health benefits and other insurance-related matters for the company. Khun Ploy used to work at UoB in Thailand as a Wealth Manager for High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs). She is a warm, outgoing, and expressive person, leading to her ability to make real connections with people – both external and internal- in the firm. Her favorite activities are going on trips and reading motivational books.

Santosh Chaudhury has been working in the biomass and power industry for 25 years and is the leader of our project management team. He has experience in the sugar, copper, cement, sponge iron, and palm sectors. He is a successful and well-liked manager and takes pride in managing Enthalpy’s site operations efficiently. His colleagues and acquaintances view him as Enthalpy’s go-to-person for any issue, be it a malfunctioning electronic device, an undiagnosed short circuit, or a perplexing equipment performance.
Santosh Chaudhury
Kitipong, or the beloved Khun Benz, is an extremely accomplished salesperson who has attained many accomplishments, including receiving the distinction of being the finest salesperson at his former company, Eureka Forbes. His primary territory is the south of Thailand and Malaysia. Khun Benz has been a part of Enthalpy for more than a year and has had a very rapid growth in the organization due to his commitment and diligence.
He is a person of action and is not hesitant to put in effort when a task requires it. He is as passionate about being on site as he is about acquiring major customers for the business.
